Inspired EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Level 2 – Intermediate – working with self, family and friends
Over 5, two hour zoom classes, participants will explore intermediate level tapping skills in relation to working with beliefs, building rapport, energy balancing exercises, an understanding of trauma, tapping with animals and mindfulness.
Class times: Mondays 12pm to 2pm and/or Fridays 10am to 12pm (students may attend either Mondays or Fridays, and are welcome to attend both if they wish). Upon missing a class, a recording will be available to watch.
Prerequisite: Level 1 Inspired EFT Certificate.
Includes workbook and a 1 hr private 1:1 EFT session with Kerrie.
