Relax, Release and Let Go with the beautiful practice of Tapping, based on the Inspired Emotional Freedom Technique and nature as teacher and healer.
Attuning to the natural energy of the dark moon supports us to relax into the present moment, release what we no longer wish to carry with us, let go of past events, and worries about the future.
Led by Kerrie Scott, accredited IEFT Practitioner and experienced, trauma informed space holder and Spiritual Companioning Practitioner.
Prerequisite – Level 1 Inspired EFT certificate, or enrolment in Seasons of Connection with EFT modules.
